What this website collects

If you use the inquiry form, we collect your business email, company, role and selected workflow details, together with your permission to reply. We use them to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. The form is not for transcripts, patient information, credentials or incident records.

Where inquiries are kept

Inquiries are encrypted in the existing Cloudflare-hosted private inbox. Access requires the operator’s authenticated account. We do not publish inquiries or sell their contents. Cloudflare processes requests to deliver and protect this website.

Retention and correction

Inquiries expire after 90 days. Expired entries are excluded from the inbox and removed during subsequent inbox activity. Customer work, if agreed, has separate contractual retention terms. To request correction or removal, choose “Correct/remove an inquiry” on the form using the same email, or contact hello@dosethread.com.

Browser preferences and request protection

This site stores your chosen light or dark theme in your browser. It has no advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts. A keyed hash of your network address and email is used for limited inquiry rate protection; the inquiry database does not store your raw network address.

The workspace is separate

The private workspace handles controlled synthetic test records. This public form neither creates a customer account nor authorizes any testing. Customer access and scope are agreed separately.
